As Kik launched its chatbot platform, we were defining how people would discover and interact with an entirely new type of experience. I worked across the product from discovery in the Bot Shop to bringing chatbots into conversations through mentions and suggested responses, helping establish the interaction patterns that shaped the platform as it grew.
