As Faire’s design system scaled, designers and engineers needed a better way to access and maintain shared guidance. I worked with a small team to create Slate’s first custom documentation site, bringing components, tokens, live code examples, and implementation guidance into one place. The result was a scalable resource that strengthened collaboration between design and engineering and evolved alongside the system.
